Currently the "Sub Menu Item Width: (set to 0 to auto size)" is set to "0" but it still wraps and does not fill the entire width.

Thanks again.

Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: "/home/.../public_html/components/com_swmenupro"
Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: "/home/.../public_html/administrator/components/com_swmenupro"

The reason why I am installing this is in the hopes it can fix an issue that I am having with 7.2. A user said that she cannot see the drop down menu on IE version 11 (version 11.0.9600.1763). I have an OLD version (IE8), and I see the dropdown so I'm not sure what the issue is.

If you can suggest a fix with the version that I am using that would be great.

Thanks!

Then copy all the files from /admin/modules to your sites /modules/mod_swmenupro folder.

Then log into your joomla dmin and add this to the URL

index.php?option=com_swmenupro&task=upgrade

swMenuPro should then install any missing database links etcc and be working again. If you are having trouble with a transmenu in IE10 then you needed the updated transmenu.js files from this post:

I had version 7.x installed there, but the submenus had stopped working completely on that site. Couldn't find the problem, and I was also unable to save any changes in the swmenufree plugin. So I decided to uninstall the plugin and reinstall.
But when I try to reinstall the 7.1 version I just downloaded, I get an error message:
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning! Failed to move file.

Possibly the deinstalling did not remove all old files? Which files and directories do I need to delete manually?

Or what could be the issue here?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I love the menu.  However I have a problem.  I have tested and this is component specific. The menu items in SWmenu are menu items linked to articles These articles have modules in place according to my 2.5 joomla template, just like the main page.

When I click on a swmenu item, it appropriately takes me to that "article" which actually is a new sub-main page with pictures, articles all placed in modules. I want to have a user be able to click yet again on a picture and take users to a further "article" or sub-sub page. (I have tried selecting the "open in new page" item in the joomla link module.)  What happens is the second-tier link opens up again in the second tier amidst all of the pictures and articles in modules existing on that tier, rather than taking me to a further tier down with an empty article page and empty modules.

The main menu that came with my template works fine.  I can have third, fourth, even fifth tier removal from main page.  Cannot go past second tier with your component.

This is critical to my site. please help.

.art-BlockContent-body
{
position: relative;
z-index:1;
padding: 8px;
}

Then adjust the complete menu padding.  Also turn off the corners for the complete menu if not using them.
